Anniska Dawn Celestine is a businesswoman with 12 years of experience with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).  She is currently the Human Resource Director of Hingi and Associates who helps plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of Hingi & Associates and also ensures legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.  She is the proprietor of Nobless Oblige Teahouse which won the acclaimed Food Critics and best atmosphere Trip Advisor Awards. He has taught and tutored inner-city Children in Seattle for 8 years and is a team leader and organizer for Youth Outreach. She has served as campaign manager at the local and state level in the United States of America Politics where she managed aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, the hiring and management of staff, the coordination and implementation of the fundraising operations and ongoing coordination with the candidate.
